Pizza Dough:
- 16 ounces pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Toppings:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 4 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1/2 yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare Dough: Cut the pizza dough in half. Sprinkle one half with ½ tablespoon of flour, spread it to fit the air fryer basket. Drizzle ½ tablespoon of olive oil on the dough and place it oil side down in the basket. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add Toppings: Layer on mozzarella, tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, and garlic. Drizzle with ½ tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt. Cook for 4 minutes, rotate the basket, and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
