Seasonings:

- 1 package au jus gravy mix
- 5 pepperoncini peppers plus a splash of the juice
Instructions
- Prepare the Roast: Place the chuck roast in the bottom of a crockpot or slow cooker.
- Add Ingredients: Top the roast with slices of butter, sprinkle the ranch and au jus mixes over the top, add the pepperoncini peppers, and pour a splash of the pepper juice.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
