Beef:

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Sweet Potatoes – Preheat oven to 425F. Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20-25 minutes.
- Ground Beef – Brown ground beef in a skillet, add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
- Cottage Cheese – Mix cottage cheese with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
