This Summer Peach Grilled Cheese recipe combines the sweetness of fresh peaches with the savory goodness of cheddar cheese, all melted between slices of sourdough bread. A delightful twist on a classic grilled cheese sandwich that’s perfect for a light summer meal.

Sourdough or Bread of Choice:
- 2 slices
Cheddar Cheese:
- 2–4 slices (or grated cheese from a block)
Peach:
- 1/2 peach, finely sliced
Butter:
- 1–2 tbsp, divided
Instructions
- Cook Peach Slices: Heat 1/2-1 tablespoon butter in a pan over medium heat. Add peach slices and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and softened.
- Assemble Grilled Cheese: Butter one side of each bread slice. Place peach slices and cheese on one bread half and cover with the other half.
- Grill Sandwich: In a pan over medium heat, add another tablespoon of butter. Place the sandwich with the cheese side down. Cook for 3-5 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. For thicker bread, press down with a spatula while cooking.
- Serve: Slice the grilled cheese and enjoy!
