  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to jar: Combine rolled oats, milk, vanilla yogurt, diced strawberries, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt in a jar. Mix well and seal with a lid.
  2. Refrigerate overnight: Store the jar in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours.
