Spaghetti Noodles:

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti noodles and cook until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  2. Prepare the Peanut Sauce: Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and sambal oelek. Adjust the consistency with water.
  3. Prep the Vegetables: Shred cabbage, slice red bell pepper, grate carrots, and slice green onions.
