- 1 clove garlic, pressed

Cheese Blend:
- 16 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces pimentos, diced and well-drained
- 1 medium jalapeno, seeds and membrane removed, diced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
Instructions
- Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, onion powder, pressed garlic, and cayenne pepper. Beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Cheese Blend: Add cheddar cheese, pimentos, jalapeño, and mayonnaise. Mix until well combined.
- Chill: Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
