These Smash Burger Tacos are a fun twist on traditional tacos, combining the flavors of a classic smash burger with the convenience of a taco. Juicy ground beef, melty cheese, and crisp toppings come together in a handheld delight!

For the Smash Burgers:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 4 flour tortillas (Fajita style size)
- 1 tsp Seasoning Salt or Taco Seasoning
- 4 slices American cheese
For Toppings:
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced
- toasted sesame seeds
For 321 Sauce:
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
Instructions
- Divide and Press: Divide the ground beef into 4 portions. Press each portion onto a tortilla, spreading to the edges. Season with seasoning.
- Prepare Toppings: Shred half of the iceberg lettuce, dice the onion and pickles, and set aside in separate bowls.
- Make 321 Sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl.
- Cook Smash Burgers: Cook the meat-side-down tortillas in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4 minutes. Flip, add cheese, cover, and let sit for 1 minute.
- Assemble: Top the burgers with lettuce, onion, pickles, sauce, and sesame seeds. Fold and enjoy taco-style.
