Ingredients

Ground Italian Sausage:

Carrots:

2 stalks, chopped

Zucchinis:

2-3 small, diced

Diced Tomatoes:

1 can (15.5 oz)

Cannellini Beans:

1 can (15 oz), drained and rinsed

Chicken or Vegetable Broth:

4 cups

Garlic Powder:

1 tablespoon

Italian Seasoning:

1 tablespoon

Red Pepper Flakes:

1 teaspoon

Salt and Black Pepper:

To taste

Shredded Parmesan Cheese:

Instructions

  1. Cook the Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until mostly browned.
