A delicious and flavorful Shrimp Caesar Salad recipe that combines perfectly seasoned shrimp with a creamy Greek yogurt-based Caesar dressing, served over crisp romaine lettuce and topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

For the shrimp
- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Olive oil, for cooking
For the salad
- 2/3 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 2 Tbsp
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Romaine lettuce
- Parmesan cheese, to garnish (optional)
Instructions
- If you haven’t already, peel and devein the shrimp. Place them in a separate bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, thyme, cumin, sea salt, onion powder, and black pepper. Set aside.
- Season the shrimp with the spice mixture and toss well.
- Cook the shrimp in a skillet with olive oil until pink and cooked through. Set aside to cool.
- Prepare the salad dressing by mixing greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and sea salt.
- Toss romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing.
- Chill the salad in the fridge for at least 5 minutes.
- When ready to serve, top the salad with the shrimp and Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
Notes
- Store leftover shrimp in the fridge for up to 4 days and reheat in the microwave.
- The Caesar dressing can be refrigerated for up to a week.
