  • 150 Club crackers
  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 2 cups light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cups heavy cream
  • Sea salt for garnish

For the Chocolate Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Line a 9×13 sheet pan with parchment paper. Layer the crackers on the bottom of the pan.
  2. Make the Caramel: In a pan, combine butter, brown sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and heavy cream. Boil for 7 minutes.
  3. Layer the Bars: Pour caramel over crackers, repeat layering, and refrigerate.
  4. Prepare the Chocolate Topping: Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter. Pour over bars.
