Brownie Base
- 18 oz Brownie Mix
- 2 Eggs (adjust as per brownie mix instructions)
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil (adjust as per brownie mix instructions)

Ganache
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup + 1 TBSP Creamy Peanut Butter
Garnish
- 8 Regular sized Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- ½ cup Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups
- ⅓ cup Reese’s Pieces Candies
- ⅓ cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
Instructions
- Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 10-inch tart pan, or alternatively a 9-inch cake pan, pie pan, or pizza stone, with cooking spray. This will prevent sticking and make removal easy.
- Prepare Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix with eggs, vegetable oil, and water according to the package instructions. Stir until the batter is well blended and pour it evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake: Place the pan in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean. Once baked, remove the brownie from the oven and place it on a cooling rack to cool completely.
- Make Ganache: Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted, about 1-1.5 minutes total.
- Apply Ganache: Pour the warm peanut butter chocolate ganache over the cooled brownie base. Use a spatula or back of a spoon to spread it evenly across the surface.
- Add Toppings: Arrange the whole Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, mini Reese’s cups, Reese’s Pieces candies, and Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips evenly over the ganache layer to garnish the pizza.
- Chill: Place the brownie pizza in the refrigerator to allow the ganache to set firmly, keeping it chilled until ready to serve. Enjoy your indulgent dessert!
