- 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons powdered Monk fruit
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Beat the Greek yogurt: In a medium mixing bowl, beat the Greek yogurt until creamy. Add vanilla and whisk to combine.
- Add sweetener: Add powdered Monk fruit and whisk until smooth, without any lumps.
- Combine with raspberries: Gently fold in the raspberries until well distributed.
- Fill molds: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them to the top.
- Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Enjoy: Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy!
