Instructions
- Prepare the Pumpkin Mixture: In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to combine the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, pumpkin pie spice, and brown sugar until the mixture is smooth and well blended, about 2 minutes.
- Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar until light and fluffy, which should take around 5 minutes.
- Layer the Parfaits: In each mason jar, begin layering ingredients starting with crushed graham crackers, then add a layer of the pumpkin cream cheese mixture, followed by a layer of whipped cream. Repeat the layers to fill the jar, ensuring at least two layers of each component.
- Chill and Serve: Once all parfaits are assembled, place them in the refrigerator to chill. Serve cold for the best texture and flavor experience.
Notes
- Crush the graham crackers inside their original package to minimize mess. Alternatively, use a sealed plastic bag to prevent spills.
- Ensure the heavy cream is very cold before whipping to achieve the best fluffy texture.
