- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- cooking oil spray

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Slice the onions: Using a Mandolin slicer, slice the small onions to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Layer the ingredients: Spread the shredded Parmesan cheese on the prepared sheet pan, then layer the sliced onions over the cheese.
- Season and bake: Spray with cooking oil, sprinkle with smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool and serve: Allow to cool for 10 minutes to harden, then cut into squares. Serve with your favorite dip.
Notes
- Ideal to use small to medium-sized onions for best results.
- Avoid burning the cheese to prevent a bitter taste; check at 16 minutes due to varying oven temperatures.
- Slice onions thinly to avoid sogginess; a mandolin slicer or sharp knife works well.
- If cooking oil spray is unavailable, lightly brush onions with olive or avocado oil.
- Base recipe requires only onions and Parmesan cheese; additional seasonings enhance flavor.
