  • 3 cups marinara sauce

  • 9 lasagna noodles (not the no-boil variety)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

For the Cheese Mixture:

  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 1/4 cup parmesan, freshly grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella, grated

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  2. Stir in marinara sauce, water, and Italian seasoning. Break lasagna noodles into 2-inch pieces and add to the skillet.
