Casserole:
- 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
- 1/2 onion, finely diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie)
- 12 ounces frozen broccoli florets
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, onion, mayonnaise, eggs, 1 cup of cheese, and shredded chicken.
- Layer casserole: Spread broccoli in a casserole dish, pour the soup mixture over it, and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake: Bake for 45-55 minutes until the top is golden brown.
