Description

Casserole:

  • 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
  • 1/2 onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie)
  • 12 ounces frozen broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
  2. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, onion, mayonnaise, eggs, 1 cup of cheese, and shredded chicken.
