Swedish Meatballs

Homemade Sauce/Gravy
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Serving
- Mashed Potatoes, Rice or Egg Noodles for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the Meatballs: Combine eggs and panko, then add onion, garlic, parsley, spices, salt, pepper, beef, and pork. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Cook the Meatballs: Brown meatballs in a skillet, then set aside.
- Make the Sauce: Melt butter, add flour, then slowly whisk in broth and cream. Season and simmer until thickened.
