  • 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Homemade Sauce/Gravy

  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Serving

  • Mashed Potatoes, Rice or Egg Noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meatballs: Combine eggs and panko, then add onion, garlic, parsley, spices, salt, pepper, beef, and pork. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  2. Cook the Meatballs: Brown meatballs in a skillet, then set aside.
  3. Make the Sauce: Melt butter, add flour, then slowly whisk in broth and cream. Season and simmer until thickened.
  4. Combine and Serve: Add meatballs to the sauce and simmer. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
