Zesty Grilled Vegetables:

- 1 eggplant
- 3 roma tomatoes

- 8 oz brussel sprouts
- 2 lemons
- 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
Sumac Olive Oil Vinaigrette:
- 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp sumac
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
