- 2.5 tablespoons olive oil (37 ml)
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup (45 ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 +1/8 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Instructions
- Pressure Cook Sweet Potatoes: Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot, place a trivet inside, and add sweet potatoes on top. Cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
- Prepare Glaze: Mix olive oil, maple syrup, smoked paprika, chili powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Caramelize Sweet Potatoes: Slice cooked sweet potatoes, caramelize in a skillet with glaze for 5-6 minutes per side.
