  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Remaining Ingredients:

  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • vegetable or canola oil, for frying
  • ranch dressing, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapenos, and garlic powder.
  2. Filling the Wrappers: Place ⅓ cup of the jalapeno mixture onto each egg roll wrapper. Roll tightly, sealing the edges with water.
