- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Remaining Ingredients:
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- vegetable or canola oil, for frying
- ranch dressing, for dipping
Instructions
- Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapenos, and garlic powder.
- Filling the Wrappers: Place ⅓ cup of the jalapeno mixture onto each egg roll wrapper. Roll tightly, sealing the edges with water.
- Frying: Heat oil to 350°F. Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve: Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
