Scale
Main Ingredients
- 1 Pork Kielbasa, sliced
- 1 Sweet Potato, chopped
- 4 Small Potatoes, chopped (purple potatoes, Yukon gold, or baby reds recommended)
- 2 Heads Broccoli, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (for potatoes and kielbasa)
- 1-2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- Pinch Black Pepper
Honey Garlic Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 ½ Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard (or Stone Ground Mustard)
- ½ teaspoon Dried Basil
- ½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for roasting the ingredients evenly and to the right tenderness.
- Prepare Honey Garlic Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together all the honey garlic sauce ingredients — olive oil, unsalted butter, honey, brown sugar, minced garlic, salt, Dijon mustard, dried basil, and dried oregano. Set aside 1-2 tablespoons of this sauce for serving later.
- Prepare Potatoes: Spread 1 tablespoon of olive oil onto a baking sheet. Add the chopped sweet potato and small potatoes. Sprinkle the potatoes with kosher salt (1-2 teaspoons) and a pinch of black pepper. Toss them well to ensure even coating with oil and seasoning.
- Add Kielbasa and Sauce: Place the sliced kielbasa on the baking sheet with the potatoes. Brush the kielbasa slices generously with the honey garlic sauce, reserving 1-2 tablespoons for serving. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Prepare and Add Broccoli: While the potatoes and kielbasa bake, drizzle the chopped broccoli with 2 tablespoons olive oil, ¼ teaspoon salt, and a pinch of black pepper. After 20 minutes of baking, remove the pan and add the broccoli. Return to the oven and continue baking for another 5-10 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and vibrantly green.
- Finish and Serve: Remove the sheet pan from the oven. Brush the kielbasa with the remaining honey garlic sauce or drizzle it over the entire sheet pan for extra flavor. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- We prefer to use purple potatoes, Yukon gold, or baby reds for the best flavor and texture.
- To reheat leftovers, warm in a 350 degree F oven for about 10 minutes or until heated through.
