- 1 cup water
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder, water, sugar, and salt over medium-low heat until thick and cocoa is fully dissolved, about 3 minutes.
- Add Vanilla: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
