Marinade:

Skewers:
- 1/2 lb halloumi, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 zucchinis, cut into 1/2-inch thick rounds
- 2 yellow squash, cut into 1/2-inch thick rounds
- 3 bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 small red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
Instructions
- Prepare Skewers: Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using. Preheat grill on medium-high heat.
