Main Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp minced shallot
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Grill the cabbage: Slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick slices, brush with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill until charred and tender.
- Make the dressing: Combine olive oil, vinegar, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, Dijon, garlic, shallot, salt, pepper, and Parmesan.
