  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk (any type)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (2% fat)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Sift the mixture into another bowl.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Stir in milk and Greek yogurt until just combined. The dough should be thick and sticky.
