Instructions

- Add Fillings: Arrange 2 shrimp tempura pieces, 2 cucumber (or avocado) sticks, 2 imitation crab sticks, and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese lengthwise along the seaweed sheet.
- Roll Sushi: Using the bamboo mat, roll everything forward tightly, keeping the filling tucked inside. Once rolled, remove the sushi roll from the mat and place it on a tray. Repeat with the remaining nori sheets and fillings.
- Batter and Deep Fry: Using leftover shrimp tempura batter, dip each sushi roll into the batter to coat evenly.
