Garlic Confit

- 1 1/2 tbsp Thyme
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- 1 Lemon Zest (from 1 whole lemon)
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Prepare Garlic Confit: Combine garlic, salt, and herbs in a baking container. Cover with olive oil. Bake at 250°F for 1 hour.
- Prepare Herbed Goat Cheese: Mix goat cheese, thyme, rosemary, lemon zest, and pepper. Ensure goat cheese is at room temperature.
