Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Steak:

  • 2 lbs steak filet, ribeye, sirloin, etc.
  • 2 tablespoons steak seasoning, divided (see notes for homemade recipe)
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 6 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 10 cloves garlic, minced and divided

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 1 lb. dry fettucini noodles
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup half and half
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked pepper
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1 cup parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak: Cut steak into 2-3″ pieces, rub with avocado oil and season with 1 tablespoon of steak seasoning. Cook in a skillet until desired doneness, then set aside.
  2. Make the Alfredo Sauce: Cook fettucini noodles. In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter, then add cream, half & half, remaining steak seasoning, and parmesan. Simmer until thickened.
  3. Combine: Toss drained noodles in the alfredo sauce, then top with the garlic-coated steak bites.

Notes

  • Don’t add salt to the alfredo sauce until the end after the parmesan is added.
  • Homemade steak seasoning recipe is available in the notes section.
