For the Steak:

- 2 pounds cubed steak (such as sirloin or NY Strip)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Browning sauce (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Potatoes:
- 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Remaining spice mixture
For the Garlic Butter:
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
For Garnish:
- Parsley
- Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Prepare the Spice Mix: In a small bowl, combine salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Divide into two portions.
- Make Garlic Butter: Mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, and salt. Set aside.
- Coat the Steak: Toss cubed steak with Worcestershire sauce, browning sauce, and half of the spice mix.
- Prepare Potatoes: Parboil potatoes, then coat with remaining spice mix and olive oil.
- Cook Steak: Sear steak until browned on all sides, then set aside.
- Cook Potatoes: In the same skillet, cook potatoes until golden and tender.
- Combine: Add steak back to skillet, stir in garlic butter, and toss to coat.
- Finish and Serve: Garnish with red pepper flakes and parsley before serving.
