  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Browning sauce (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Potatoes:

  • 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Remaining spice mixture

For the Garlic Butter:

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For Garnish:

  • Parsley
  • Red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Spice Mix: In a small bowl, combine salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Divide into two portions.
  2. Make Garlic Butter: Mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Coat the Steak: Toss cubed steak with Worcestershire sauce, browning sauce, and half of the spice mix.
  4. Prepare Potatoes: Parboil potatoes, then coat with remaining spice mix and olive oil.
  5. Cook Steak: Sear steak until browned on all sides, then set aside.
  6. Cook Potatoes: In the same skillet, cook potatoes until golden and tender.
  7. Combine: Add steak back to skillet, stir in garlic butter, and toss to coat.
  8. Finish and Serve: Garnish with red pepper flakes and parsley before serving.
