  • 3 mandarin oranges, peeled, segmented & cut in half
  • 4 kiwis, peeled & diced
  • 1-1 1/2 cups blueberries (about 12 ounces)

Honey-Lime Poppy Seed Dressing:

  • 3 limes, juiced
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Make the dressing. Whisk lime juice, honey, and poppy seeds in a small bowl; set aside.
  2. Assemble the salad. Combine strawberries, pineapple, mandarin oranges, kiwis, and blueberries in a large bowl.
