Delicious and creamy frozen yogurt bars recipe that requires only 5 simple ingredients. These bars are easy to make and can be customized with your favorite mix-ins like chopped dates, cacao nibs, or nuts for added crunch.

Yogurt Bars:
- 2 cups thick coconut yogurt or Greek yogurt
- 5 tbsp protein powder
- 3–4 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Any mix-ins you’d like (optional) – chopped dates, cacao nibs, nuts for crunch
Peanut Butter Cups:
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- Peanut Butter Cups: Make the peanut butter cups by melting the chocolate until smooth. Layer chocolate in molds, add peanut butter mixture, then top with more chocolate. Freeze until firm.
- Bars: Mix all yogurt bar ingredients, adjust sweetness, then pour into a lined pan. Freeze until solid. Cut into bars and store in the freezer.
Notes
- Be sure to use a protein powder you enjoy for best flavor.
- If skipping peanut butter cups, stir chocolate chips into the yogurt mixture.
