Description

These Easy Pulled Pork Sliders are perfect for any gathering, featuring tender pulled pork topped with coleslaw and sandwiched between soft slider buns.


Ingredients

Coleslaw Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 (9 oz.) package slaw (cabbage/carrot mix)

Slider Ingredients:

  • 12 pack slider buns
  • 3 cups pulled pork
  • coleslaw (recipe above)
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt or garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Coleslaw: In a bowl, mix mayo, mustard, vinegar, onion powder, and salt. Add slaw mix, coat well, and chill.
  2. Sliders: Preheat oven, assemble buns with pork, BBQ sauce, and top buns. Pour melted butter mix over, bake covered, then uncover and bake more. Add slaw before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to use store-bought coleslaw mix.
  • These sliders can be assembled in advance and kept in the fridge until ready to bake.
  • Best served immediately or kept warm in the oven or slow cooker for a party.
