Coleslaw Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 (9 oz.) package slaw (cabbage/carrot mix)
Slider Ingredients:
- 12 pack slider buns
- 3 cups pulled pork
- coleslaw (recipe above)
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (optional)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt or garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- Coleslaw: In a bowl, mix mayo, mustard, vinegar, onion powder, and salt. Add slaw mix, coat well, and chill.
- Sliders: Preheat oven, assemble buns with pork, BBQ sauce, and top buns. Pour melted butter mix over, bake covered, then uncover and bake more. Add slaw before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use store-bought coleslaw mix.
- These sliders can be assembled in advance and kept in the fridge until ready to bake.
- Best served immediately or kept warm in the oven or slow cooker for a party.
