Garlic:
8 cloves
Fresh Rosemary:
4 sprigs

Instructions
- Cut and Shape Dough: If time allows, place the pizza dough in a lightly greased bowl and allow it to come to room temperature. Cut the dough into 12 even slices, avoiding overworking.
- Prepare Muffin Pan: Pour 1 teaspoon of olive oil into each muffin cup.
- Shape Dough: Gently shape each dough piece into a ball and place in the oiled pan. Let it rest near the warm oven.
- Prepare Garlic and Rosemary: Chop the garlic and rosemary; heat remaining oil, add garlic and rosemary until sizzling stops.
- Oil and Dimple Dough: Spoon oil onto each dough ball, press dimples into the dough, then bake.
Notes
- Pizza Dough: Fresh or canned dough can be used.
- Avoid Overworking: Bubbles in the dough are essential for a fluffy texture.
- Resting Time: Allowing the dough to rest before baking enhances flavor and texture.
- Generous Oil: Use ample olive oil for flavor and to prevent sticking.
