- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt + more for topping
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prep the chickpeas: Drain and rinse the chickpeas, dry them well, then spread on a baking sheet.
- Season the chickpeas: Combine spices, oil, and chickpeas, toss to coat.
