Dill Pickle Spears:
- 12 dill pickle spears
Bacon:
- 12 slices bacon
Ranch Dressing (optional):
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place a wire cooling rack on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Prepare Pickles: Pat the pickle spears dry and wrap each one with a slice of bacon. Arrange on the baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake in the top third of the oven for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy.
- Cool & Serve: Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Serve with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
