Description

For the Turkey Tacos:

  • 300g Turkey Breast, cut into bitesize chunks
  • 4 tablespoons Plain Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • Small Tortilla Wraps

For the Slaw:

  • 1/4 Red Cabbage, shredded
  • 2 Carrots, peeled and shredded
  • 1/2 Lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Slaw: Toss together all of the slaw ingredients and let sit while you cook the turkey.
  2. Cook the Turkey: Mix the flour, chilli powder, cumin, ground coriander, salt, and pepper on a plate. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Coat turkey pieces in the flour mixture and fry until crispy and cooked through.
  3. Assemble the Tacos: Fill tortilla wraps with the crispy turkey and slaw. Serve and enjoy!
