For the Turkey Tacos:
- 300g Turkey Breast, cut into bitesize chunks
- 4 tablespoons Plain Flour
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 4 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- Small Tortilla Wraps
For the Slaw:
- 1/4 Red Cabbage, shredded
- 2 Carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1/2 Lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Slaw: Toss together all of the slaw ingredients and let sit while you cook the turkey.
- Cook the Turkey: Mix the flour, chilli powder, cumin, ground coriander, salt, and pepper on a plate. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Coat turkey pieces in the flour mixture and fry until crispy and cooked through.
- Assemble the Tacos: Fill tortilla wraps with the crispy turkey and slaw. Serve and enjoy!
