Instructions
- Heat the Butter: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the cowboy butter by combining softened butter with garlic, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, crushed red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt until well mixed and fragrant.
- Add the Mushrooms: Once the butter has melted, add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Stir well to coat all the mushrooms in the seasoned butter.
- Cook the Mushrooms: Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10-12 minutes until the mushrooms are tender, golden brown, and caramelized around the edges.
- Serve: Transfer the sautéed mushrooms to a serving dish, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and enjoy immediately.
