  • 2/3 cup (113g) white chocolate chips, divided
  • 2/3 cup chopped Chips Ahoy cookies
  • 2/3 cup chopped Oreos

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350º F and line a cookie sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a larger mixing bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract, beat until combined.
  4. Add Food Coloring: Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, adding the gel food coloring until the dough is a deep blue color.
  5. Incorporate Mix-Ins: Mix in white chocolate chips, chopped Chips Ahoy cookies, and chopped Oreos by hand.
  6. Form Cookie Dough Balls: Use a cookie scoop to form 2 tablespoon-sized dough balls, roll into balls and press remaining mix-ins on the outside.
  7. Bake: Place cookie dough balls on a lined sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on the sheet for 15 minutes before removing.
