Yolk Mixture:

  • 3 tablespoons (1.5 oz) cream cheese, softened (or 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt)
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare Bowls: Ensure the glass mixing bowls are clean and residue-free. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate Eggs: Separate the eggs, making sure no yolk gets into the whites.
  3. Whip Egg Whites: Whip the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
