  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley divided

Instructions

  1. Microwave Green Beans: Arrange green beans in a microwave-safe dish with water. Cook for 4 minutes until barely fork-tender.
  2. Prepare Seasoning Mix: Combine Italian seasoning, onion powder, smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. Cook Chicken: Heat oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet. Cook chicken, then sprinkle with seasoning mix. Cook until done, then set aside.
  4. Cook Green Beans: In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, add green beans, parsley, garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes. Add lemon juice and chicken broth, then cook to reduce liquid.
