  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika – to taste

Beef Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp dried cilantro
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup water

Additional:

  • Nacho cheese – as desired
  • 5 burrito-size flour tortillas
  • Taco sauce – to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Potatoes: Peel and cube potatoes. Toss with oil and seasonings.
  2. Cook Potatoes: Air fry at 400°F for 25 minutes, shaking a few times.
  3. Prepare Beef Filling: Brown ground beef in skillet, add seasonings and garlic.
  4. Simmer Beef: Pour in 1/2 cup water and simmer on low.
  5. Assemble Burritos: Warm tortillas. Add nacho cheese, beef, taco sauce, and potatoes.
