- 2 tablespoon Roasted garlic
- 1.5 cup Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Chicken powder
- Thyme & parsley optional

- 3 large Flour tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar & mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and roast garlic: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Slice the top off garlic bulbs, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 30 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- Prepare creamy garlic sauce: Squeeze out roasted garlic cloves, mash them. Melt butter, add garlic, heavy cream, chicken powder, thyme, parsley. Simmer until thickened.
- Combine sauce with chicken: Season sauce, add shredded chicken. Stir until coated and heated through.
- Assemble the wrap: Spoon chicken mixture onto tortilla, add cheddar and mozzarella. Roll tightly.
- Crisp the wrap: Cook in a skillet until golden and crispy, with melted cheese inside.
