Cheesy Cauliflower Mash:
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus extra melted butter for garnish

- 1/2 cup goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, minced

Instructions
- Boil Cauliflower: Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil, then add the cauliflower and garlic cloves. Boil for 10-12 minutes or until cauliflower is easy to smash with a fork.
