- 2 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1–2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, dried and diced
For Assembly:
- 15–20 egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg white, whisked
- Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2–3 cups vegetable oil, for cooking
- Garnish: 1 green onion stalk, chopped finely
Instructions
- Cook the Filling: In a non-stick pan, cook onion, garlic, and beef. Season with Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the Egg Rolls: Place filling on egg roll wrapper, fold, seal with egg white, and fry until golden brown.
- Serve: Drain excess oil, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with green onions. Enjoy hot!
