  • Zest from 1 Lime
  • Juice from 1 Lime
  • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Fresh-Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare Carrot Ribbons: Wash, dry, and peel the carrots. Use a vegetable peeler to create ribbons.
  2. Make Dressing: Combine parsley, grated garlic, lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, black pepper, and sesame seeds in a bowl. Adjust seasonings to taste.
