Burger Bowls are a deconstructed version of classic burgers, served in a bowl with all the delicious components like seasoned beef, crispy potatoes, lettuce, cheese, and a flavorful burger sauce.

Spice Mix:
- 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or mixed herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Bowls:
- 2–3 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
- 500 grams lean beef mince
- Lettuce shredded
- Cheese dairy-free or regular
- Pickle slices
For the Burger Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard dijon or yellow
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice from the jar of pickles
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Mix together the spice mix ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Wash and cut the potatoes into chips, pat them dry, coat with olive oil and half of the spice mix. Bake or air fry until crispy. Meanwhile, cook beef with remaining spice mix. Prepare the burger sauce by mixing all ingredients. Assemble the bowls by layering potatoes, lettuce, beef, cheese, pickles, and sauce.
