  • 46 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 12 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 2 avocados, sliced

Instructions

  1. Bake the bacon: Preheat oven to 400F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, place bacon strips side by side, and bake for 18-20 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate, chop into pieces.
