- 3 garlic cloves, chopped fine
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, chopped fine
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Garnish (optional)

Instructions
- Cook the noodles: Begin by cooking your ramen or noodles according to package instructions, but remove them from heat 2 minutes before fully done since they’ll finish cooking later. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the beef: Thinly slice the flank steak into bite-sized pieces and place in a medium bowl. Add 1 teaspoon sesame oil and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, gently mixing to coat. Let rest while prepping other ingredients.
- Prepare the broccoli: Wash and chop broccoli into bite-sized florets. Set aside.
- Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, beef broth, sriracha, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Add cornstarch last and whisk until smooth without lumps.
- Cook the beef: Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat with a splash of canola or peanut oil. Add the beef and cook 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from pan and set aside. Reduce heat to medium.
- Steam the broccoli: Add broccoli and 1/4 cup water to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam 2-3 minutes until broccoli reaches your preferred tenderness.
- Combine and simmer: Lower heat to low-medium, return beef to pan along with noodles. Pour the prepared sauce over and bring to a light simmer. Cook 3-5 minutes, stirring gently until sauce thickens and everything is evenly coated.
- Adjust seasoning and serve: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed based on your broth and soy sauce saltiness. Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and peanuts if desired, and serve immediately.
