Description

These Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are a delicious and spicy twist on traditional chicken skewers. Tender chicken cubes are marinated in a flavorful blend of spices, grilled to perfection, and then coated in a creamy and tangy bang bang sauce.

Wooden Skewers:

Chicken:

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1 1/4 cups (290 g) mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken breasts, oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Skewer the Chicken: Thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto each soaked skewer.
  3. Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
  4. Coat the Chicken: Brush the chicken with half of the sauce.
  5. Air Fry the Chicken: Air fry at 400°F for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Finish and Serve: Drizzle the skewers with the reserved sauce and serve hot.
